EPGImport MOD By iet5 plugin

This update includes an important fix for an issue that occurred during the download and extraction of XZ files.
The problem related to downloading and decompressing .xz files has been resolved.
This issue appeared on Dreambox images due to limitations in certain Python 2.7 environments.
The handling mechanism for XZ files has been improved to ensure compatibility and stability during the EPG data import process.
Successfully tested on the following devices: Dream box receiver – Vu+ receiver
The update has been tested and confirmed working on the following images:

Merlin image
Gemini image
OpenATV image
OpenPLI image
I hope this update will contribute to improved stability and performance during the import of Electronic Program Guide (EPG) data.

A problem was found on OpenATV and open-source images with certain sources, such as Rytec, where the source selection list did not open, which prevented choosing an import source.

This happened because I do not use those sources myself, so I was unable to test them earlier.

The issue has now been fixed successfully.
