FTP neda sa pripojit

Zdravím, z nejakeho dovodu mi nefunguje FTP. Telnet a oscam funguje ale FTP nie. mozte mi poradit ako to cez Telnet opravit?

Nejrychlejší oprava je udělat zálohu a znova to flešnout. Nemusíš pátrat kde se stala chyba.

nechci zakládat zbytečně nové téma:
zjistil jsem, že sice nemám v CCcam v2.3.0 OpenPLi4.0 povolený server port: #SERVER LISTEN PORT : 12000, přesto je port aktivní a hlásí se na něm něco jako clearcommerce, viz img. Oč se jedná? Je to hack? Jak se ho zbavit? Díky
